Belgian police arrest two brothers over a planned terror attack

Belgian federal prosecutors confirmed both men, named as Noureddine H, 33, and his brother Hamza H., were arrested in Liege on suspicion of planning a terrorist attack somewhere in Belgium. The arrests prompted searches of eight houses in the French-speaking areas of Mons and Liege.
