Defense minister visits Golan, says IDF remains well prepared

Defense Minister Moshe Yaalon visited IDF troops on the Golan along Israel's borders with Syria and Lebanon on Tuesday, the day after Hizballah bombed an IDF patrol in the Shebaa Farms area without causing casualties. With regard to rising border tensions, he stressed, "The IDF is fully prepared and ready for any eventuality, as it was for yesterday’s attack." The minister commended the IDF and the Northern Command for their high level of preparedness and the way they responded to the Hizballah attack.
