Dutch police surround Utrecht building

The suspect who attacked an Utrecht tram Monday, killing at least one person and injuring several people, appears to have been run to ground in a nearby building which is surrounded by police. Netherlands authorities do not rule out a “terrorist motive” behind the attack. Security measures have been tightened in the capital, The Hague, airports and transport hubs.
