Federal court partly allows Trump travel ban

A federal appeals court in California on Monday ruled that the US government can bar entry to people who come from six majority-Muslim countries and who lack ties to the United States, overruling lowers courts that blocked the Trump administration’s decision and prevented its implementation.  The panel allowed exceptions only for people with a “bona fide relationship” with close family or an entity in the United States.

      Wait, I see a problem! Vetting is for new comers, but what about San Bernardino 2016?
