Florida’s Jacksonville airport cleared over package, reopened
The Jacksonville International Airport was shut down for nearly five hours, stranding incoming planeloads of passengers on the tarmac, after police found two suspicious packages. One was ound in the terminal and another in a nearby garage. One was termed “destructive “and taken offsite for deactivation by a bomb squad. Jacksonville Sheriff's Office spokesman Shannon Hartley did not say which one, or confirm local news reports that two suspects had been arrested.
