Groundbreaking Israeli military delegation’s visit to Morocco

The first Israeli military delegation to be officially received in Morocco landed in Rabat on Thursday. After a briefing on the structure of Morocco’s armed forces by its generals and an outline of the challenges they face, the two parties reviewed the historic and cultural ties between the two countries and their shared interests in the region. They agreed on a broad range of cooperative projects. A memorandum to this effect was signed with a joint commission to draw up a working paper. Both planned to take part in future multinational military exercises.
