High court gives government 10 days to respond to Goldin family petition

The family of Hadar Goldin, the Israeli soldier whose remains are withheld by Hamas, petitioned the High Court Monday to bar the government from handing over the bodies of five Palestinians who died in the Jihad Islami terror tunnel stretching into Israel. They also called on the court to direct the government to impose harsher conditions on the convicted Palestinian Hamas terrorists who are serving term in Israel jails.

They forgot to petition also Iran to mediate. Why not better send in 2-3 tank divisions to politely ask for return?

If there is danger going too close, they should stay inside the tanks and far enough to be safe. Then start to transmit in Morse the request like “boom-boooom-boom-boom-boooom” and so on, loud enough as to be clearly undestood. And the text should be in the hamas language, of course.
