ISIS claims responsibility for two attacks in Russia’s Dagestan republic

ISIS terrorists carried out two attacks on Wednesday in southern Russia's republic of Dagestan that left two members of the Russian security forces dead and three others wounded. In the first incident in the city of Kaspiysk, a policeman was killed and two of his colleagues were injured when their vehicle was hit by a roadside bomb. Several hours later, a car bomb exploded at a police checkpoint, leaving one policeman dead and another wounded. ISIS said that it had carried out the attacks.
