Israeli jets and tanks again strike Hamas over balloon terror
Hamas’ military positions and underground infrastructure in Gaza were struck Sunday overnight by Israel aircraft and tanks, after Palestinian balloons continued to start fires in southern Israel. One hit the local Sderot railway station as a train was coming in. The fire was extinguished before anyone was hurt. On Saturday night, the IDF held off its nightly reprisals for the balloon barrages – to no avail; the balloons kept coming, starting 28 fires.
