Lebanese special forces kill an ISIS terrorist, detain three

Forces of a Lebanese Army special fighting unit raided an ISIS terror cell in Kherbet Daoud in Akkar province near the northern Lebanese-Syrian border Thursday. One terrorist was killed and three others arrested. The raid followed intelligence information tying those in custody to a terror attack carried out against the Lebanese army.
