Man killed in Jerusalem terror attack: Excavator rammed a bus

A man of 30 was crushed to death when a heavy excavator crashed deliberately into a bus and tipped it over on the main road linking west and east Jerusalem Monday. The bus was empty. Six more people were injured, including the driver. A passing police officer who witnessed the attack and two civilians shot the excavator driver dead, cutting short a rampage on the busy thoroughfare of Shmuel Hanavi. Two Palestinian tractor attacks have been staged on Jerusalem streets in recent years causing fatalities.
