Netanyahu holds third meeting with Putin in nine months

Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu arrives in Moscow Monday for a two-day trip and his third round of talks with President Vladimir Putin since September. They will also mark the 25th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the two countries. The two leaders will discuss issues relating to security on Israel’s northern border in the light of the Syrian war and the understandings they reached on coordination at previous meetings.
