Rocket alerts in western Negev

Hamas continued to fire rockets at western Negev Saturday afternoon after a barrage against central Israel and first thing Saturday. At just after 6.000 a.m., millions of Israelis woke up to rocket fire in the Tel Aviv metropolitan and Sharon districts, followed by a volley against Beersheba. Iron Dome prevented casualties in populated areas. Israeli air strikes continued through the day, mainly against southern Gaza in the area where Hamas killed two soldiers and abducted a third, derailing an international ceasefire. Lt. Hadar Goldin is still missing.
