Russia captures ISIS cell planning to attack Moscow, FSB says

Seven ISIS terrorists planning to carry out attacks in Moscow, St. Petersburg and Russia's Ural mountains region have been arrested in the city of Yekaterinburg, the country's FSB intelligence service said. The seven were identified as citizens of Russia and several Central Asian countries.
