Temple Mt closed after police failed to secure Jerusalem Day visits

The Jerusalem police closed Temple Mt. after failing to secure visits by Jews and tourists celebrating Jerusalem Day against the rocks hurled by rampaging Palestinian Muslims. In another part of Jerusalem, at Kibbutz Ramat Rachel, Palestinian arsonists set fires to surrounding woods and orchards. Large Border Police contingents detained nine Palestinians in two Jerusalem Arab villages of Abu Dis and Al Azariya on suspicion of violent acts.
