Two more “disruption days” promised by anti-judicial reform protesters
The anti-judicial reform movement claiming hundreds of thousands of demonstrators were out on Saturday night for their 10th rally, and promised more disruptive action this week. They are targeting Wednesday in particular, when prime minister Binyamin Netanyahu flies to Berlin, for another attempt to disrupt Ben Gurion international airport.
Saturday saw crowds blocking highways in many locations including the main towns. They cheered police central district chief Ami Eshed, whom national security minister Itamar Ben-Gvir deposed last week for laxness in preventing protesters from blocking a Tel Aviv thoroughfare.
