Up to 65 killed in Pakistan hospital bomb blast

A bomb blast has killed up to 65 people and injured dozens at a hospital in the city of Quetta in south-west Pakistan, where a crowd gathered around the emergency ward to mourn a prominent lawyer, Bilal Anwar Kasi, who was shot dead earlier on Monday. Gunfire followed the explosion which police suspect was caused by a suicide attack. The casualties included lawyers and journalists.
