US top soldier to Seoul: Full range of military options if sanctions fail

Gen. Joseph Dunford, Chairman of the US Chiefs of Staff,  told South Korean leaders in Seoul Monday that a “full range” of contingency plans were ready in case diplomatic and economic sanctions did not deter North Korea’s development of nuclear weapons. He gave this assurance to South Korean President Moon Jae-in.
