Ambush in Kalandia: Palestinian minister attacked, car stolen

A group of gunmen ambushed a vehicle carrying the Palestinian social development minister, Ibrahim al-Shaer, near the entrance to the Kalandia refugee camp on Tuesday morning. They forced the car to stop, hit the minister and his driver, and stole the vehicle. Reports on social media claim the attack was carried out by Hamas due to recent arrests of its activists by Palestinian Authority police.
