Bomb alert closes off Blvd de la Madeleine in Paris

Paris police blew out the window of a black Fiat in a controlled explosion on the famous Boulevard de la Madeleine Thursday, after announcing the discovery of a bomb and closing off the famous street and surrounding roads to pedestrians and traffic. Police then examined the interior of the car with mirrors.
