Egyptian, Cypriot and Greek leaders discuss regional energy alliance

On Wednesday, under tight security, a trilateral summit took place in Athens between the leaders of a new regional energy alliance. President Fatteh Al-Sisi of Egypt, Prime Minister Alexis Tsirpas of Greece and Prime Minister Nicos Anastasiades of Cyprus discussed economic cooperation with an emphasis on the gas fields in the Mediterranean.
