First terrorist balloon lands in central Jerusalem

An incendiary balloon, such as those used by Hamas to plague and vandalize southern Israel, was found on Wednesday for the first time on the Emek Refaim main street of Jerusalem’s Germany Colony. Police, who were alerted, defused the balloon and advised residents to be on their guard and keep their distance since the balloons may be explosive.
