Foreign ministers scramble to join Iran signing in Geneva

The news that Secretary of State John Kerry was heading for Geneva to sign the first partial nuclear deal between the Six Powers and Iran Friday sent a flock of foreign ministers scrambling to attend the signing ceremony. Among them are the foreign ministers of Russia, Britain, France and Germany.
