Indonesian volcano ash cloud causes Australian flight chaos

Quantas and Virgin airlines have canceled flights to and from Darwin in Australia’s Northern Territory due to a vast ash cloud tracking across central Australia which could affect flights for days.  The cloud comes from three Sanguang Api eruptions Friday on the southern Indonesian island of Sumbawa. The eruptions are continuing. Also affected were international flights Saturday to and from Australia to Singapore, East Timor and the Indonesian holiday island of Bali.
