ISIS calls on French Muslims to kill a candidate, burn a polling station

“Don’t forget your duty as a Muslim. Choose a candidate to kill and a polling station to burn.” This exhortation appeared in the French edition of the ISIS monthly propaganda magazine Rumiyah Friday, two days before France chooses its president in a runoff vote.
