Israel fighters strikes “terrorist” target near Gaza-Egypt-Israeli border junction

The IDF reported that the air strike Saturday night had targeted “terrorist infrastructure” in southern Gaza, near the Gaza-Egypt-Israeli border junction. According to Arab media, the target was a tunnel, possibly one used for arms smuggling. The IDF added to its statement, “The Hamas terror group is responsible for everything that happens in Gaza and emanates from Gaza.” The Kerem Shalom border crossing from Gaza near the target will not be open Sunday, due to “an evaluation of the security situation.” No other details were offered. DEBKAfile adds: This would be the first time that Israeli jet fighters had bombed a smuggling tunnel from the air, if that is what it was.

What is above, what is beneath, what was before and what will be. Whoever takes no thought for the honor of this maker it would be better for him not to be born.
