Israel launches major all-front military exercise

The two-week drill simulating a simultaneous multi-front war will include mock Air Force “strategic strikes deep inside enemy territory, said a military source. The Navy too would engage in offensive as well as defensive operations. All units including reserves are taking part in the exercise dubbed Firm Hand. The drill was scheduled to start on May 29 and planned in advance.
