Kerry disqualifies Assad for transitional government

Opening the Geneva 2 conference in Switzerland Wednesday, US Secretary of State John Kerry said there can only be one outcome: a negotiated transition government set up by mutual consent. Bashar Assad can’t be part of that transitional government.  There is no way that after brutally killing his own people he can regain the legitimacy to govern. The Syrian opposition leader said the real terrorists in Syria are the Assad regime.
