London: we can’t ‘rule out’ sending troops to Libya

British Foreign Secretary  Philip Hammond, sais Sunday, that he cannot "rule out" the need for troops in future to combat the terrorists who have seized a stretch of Libya’s Mediterranean coast.
British cruise-liners and commercial shipping have been warned to avoid the coast near to the Libyan city of Sirte, on the Mediterranean, and there is a credible prospect that ISIS could send terrorists across the sea to Italy to mount attacks, he warned.
