North Korea warns the US is within its missile range

A National Defense Commission spokesman said in Pyongyang Tuesday that the North is bolstering its military preparedness and warned its missiles are capable of striking South Korea, Japan, Guam and the US mainland. He said the US agreement to let Seoul possess missiles capable of hitting all of the North was part of a plot to invade the country and ignite war.
