President Rivlin refuses Hebron soldier clemency
President Reuven Rivlin has turned down Defense Minister Avigdor Lieberman’s request to pardon IDF Sgt. Elor Azaria who was convicted by a military court of manslaughter for shooting dead an injured Palestinian terrorist in Hebron in March 2016. His eighteen-month jail sentence was earlier reduced by four months by the IDF Chief of Staff. The soldier appealed his conviction claiming he was not guilty of any crime.
It appears that Reuvin Rivlin decxlined to pardon Sergeant Elor Azariyah cause he was too busy pardoning terrorists. This disgraceful behavior of President Rivlin in which he cares more about the rights of terrorists and the supposed Israeli armies purity of arms seems to benefit only the terrorists while ignoring the rights of the Jewish people and victims of terror. The Nation of Israel must rise up and make sure President Rivlin is impeached from his office due to his endangering the State of Israel and going against our Defense Ministers recommendations Avigdor Leiberman that Sergeant Elor Azariyah be pardoned. As Israeli soldiers who will have to defend the Nation and Peoples of Israel from another attempted genocide by Iran and it’s European and Russia Backers of this attempted plans of genocide we must back our own soldiers and not let them be betrayed by the leftist establishment who are turning their backs on us and who has thrown out our people from our own land.
I would prefer Azariah at my back than Rivlin, unless i want my back stabbed. No one can put their daughters and sons in the hands of folks who care more about the enemy than their own sons and daughters…. rivlin, eisenkot, yaalon…. all the same back stabbers.
