After US Secretary of State John Kerry’s upbeat comment on a nuclear deal in the next 48 hours – “I’m positive” – Iran’s President Hassan Rouhani Sunday night refused to commit himself one way or the other: “We are a few steps away from the peak,” he said. “…even if the process stops now, we have performed out duty.”
