Saudis report intercepting two Houthi bomb-packed drones
Saudi military spokesman Col. Turki al-Maliki reported on Tuesday that two bomb-laden drones launched by Yemen’s Iranian-backed Houthi rebels were intercepted – one targeting the high-end resort town of Abha once again, and the second shot downed over Yemen. The Houthi-run Al Masirah channel said that Qasef-2Km drones were launched against Abha airport on Monday night, after last week an Iranian-made cruise missile struck the airport control tower and injured 26 people.
