Spanish terror tipoff cancels pop concert in Rotterdam

Police in Rotterdam are investigating a link between a terrorist threat at a big city concert hall, following a Spanish police tipoff, and a van with Spanish number plates found near the hall that was packed with gas canisters. The Spanish warning arrived late Wednesday afternoon, prompting the cancellation of a concert by the American group Allah-Las that evening. The van driver was arrested.
