Temple Mount, Western Wall to remain under Israeli sovereignty: PM

Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu said Wednesday during a special session of the Knesset in honor of Jerusalem Day that the Western Wall and the Temple Mount will remain under Israeli sovereignty forever. He said a historic injustice had been corrected by the heroism of Israel's soldiers 50 years ago. The prime minister also slammed UNESCO over its resolutions denying the Jewish people's link to holy sites in Jerusalem, saying "I have no doubt that the truth is stronger than any lie". In addition, he said it is absurd that Jerusalem is not the location of all of the foreign embassies in the country.
