Turkish court issues warrant for arrest of Gulen over attempted putsch

A court in Istanbul on Thursday issued a warrant for the arrest of opposition leader Fethullah Gulen, who is in exile in the US, over his alleged planning of the July 15 military coup. The warrant also accuses Gulen of attempting to take over the country's military and institutions as well as change the constitution.
