Yemen Houthis seize three ships, one Saudi-flagged

Yemen’s Houthi insurgents report that its Coast Guard had seized three vessels, one the Saudi-flagged Rabigh 3, claiming they had entered territorial waters without prior notice. The other two ships were not identified. DEBKAfile: The Houthis have opened a new, Red Sea front against Saudi Arabia. Riyadh has led a small Arab pro-government coalition in fighting the Houthis in Yemen since March 2015.
