ISIS claims London Tube bombing which injured 29

The ISIS news agency Friday night claimed responsibility for the bomb explosion at a Tube train as it pulled into the Parson’s Green station in West London. The small improved device, fitted with a timer, exploded only partially, causing minor burns for some of commuters in the carriage. Others were injured in the stampede to leave the train. One suspect is under arrest.
