Russian security thwarts double ISIS bomb plot

Four people were arrested for plotting terrorist attacks under ISIS direction from Syria to blow up Moscow’s metro system and strike a shop, after they were tracked down by Russia's Federal Security Service (FSB).c State, the agency said Monday.  An explosives lab on the outskirts of Moscow was also uncovered.
