Trump geared to boost military spending, ending Obama caps

President Donald Trump is preparing to substantially expand defense spending in his first budget, according to administration sources in Washington. His budget requests Monday, that include massive cuts in Sate Department and climate change programs to fund addition military spending, came the day before his first address to a joint session of congress Tuesday night on his policy agenda.
