Vehicular attack on Israeli checkpoint near Jerusalem; car flees

A car with foreign license plates approached the Hizmeh checkpoint, northeast of Jerusalem, at high speed and tried to break through it and hit Israeli security forces on Wednesday morning. Border policemen opened fire on the vehicle but it fled the scene. No Israelis were injured.
